Join Zita of Sting & Snout Bindery for a hands-on session exploring the art of traditional bookbinding. Enjoy a frozen yogurt swirl with topping from Pinkberry while you're at it!
Come learn how to make a hardcover pamphlet binding with a selection of beads, printed papers and bookcloth. You’ll also get to bring home your own bookbinding kit containing tools used in the artisan process.

All materials and tools will be provided. All papers used are acid-free and fountain pen friendly. Inclusive of 1 small yogurt swirl with topping.
Students get to:
• Bind and take home an A6 hardcover journal that can be refilled once the pages are full
• Decorate the notebook using beads, patterned handmade papers, and bookcloth
• Bring home a bookbinding kit
• Learn the basics of traditional bookbinding + a quick intro to the artisan process
Journal Details:
- 48 pages of 100gsm Fountain-pen friendly Ivory paper
- Selection of decorative papers and cloth
- Selection of beads to use for sewing
- Archival-safe and Acid-free materials
