How long does an order take to make?
Each Sting & Snout piece is made-to-order with care and intention. Leather Folios have a lead time of 10-15 business days, and more depending on the complexity for custom orders. If you need it by a certain date, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
The leather looks a bit different in person—is that expected?
Leather is a natural material, and just like fingerprints, no two hides are exactly alike. Variations in grain, texture, and tone are all part of what makes each piece unique. Lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our work can also affect how colors appear. We do our best to capture each shade as accurately as possible—but those small differences? They’re part of the charm.
Can my notebook fit in your Folio?
Our Folios are designed to fit standard-size A5 and A6 notebooks following the DIN format (A5: 148 × 210 mm, A6: 105 × 148 mm). If you’re unsure about the fit, feel free to send us the dimensions of your notebook—we’re happy to double-check for you!
When will items be available again?
We restock in small, thoughtful batches to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we only make what we can handle with care—often using limited or responsibly sourced materials. Restocks don’t follow a fixed schedule, but we announce them through our newsletter and Instagram once we're ready. If you're eyeing something specific, feel free to reach out—we're happy to give you a heads-up when it's back!
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
Because each item is handcrafted and often made to order, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to truly love what you receive—so if there’s any issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
For local addresses in Metro Manila and Cavite, shipping typically takes 2–3 working days. Provincial areas may take 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
For international orders, we ship via express courier—delivery usually takes 3–5 business days once dispatched. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way!
What courier do you use?
Local orders are shipped via GoGoXpress or LBC, while international orders are sent through DHL Express.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just send us an email — we’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote for you.
What happens if my order gets lost or damaged in transit?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer within our control. While we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that occur in transit, we’ll always do our best to assist you in coordinating with the courier should any issues arise. Your trust means the world to us, and we're here to help however we can.

How do I care for my Leather Folio?
With a little care, your Leather Folio will age beautifully over time. We recommend:
- Keep it dry – Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. If it gets wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry away from direct heat.
- Store it well – Avoid direct sunlight for long periods, as it may alter the color.
- Let it breathe – Leather is a natural material and benefits from occasional use and air circulation.
- Avoid harsh chemicals – Stick to a dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning. If needed, use a leather conditioner sparingly (test a small area first).
Your folio is made to last, and with time, it’ll develop a beautiful patina that reflects your daily life with it.
