Welcome to Sting and Snout Bindery. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions, including all product details related to the Leather Folio and all other products sold. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed all product descriptions, customization options, policies, and these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

2. Product Information & Handmade Nature

All products sold by Sting and Snout Bindery are handcrafted and made to order.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variations in leather grain, texture, color, stitching, engraving depth, and alignment may occur. These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted items and do not constitute defects.

3. Custom Orders & Engraving

Once an order has entered production, changes, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted.

All engraving text submitted at checkout will be engraved exactly as provided, including spelling, capitalization, and spacing. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of their engraving text before placing an order.

Requests to change, edit, revise, or correct engraving text are not accommodated, whether before or after production has begun.

Any symbols or special characters entered by the customer that are not included in the allowed character set will be omitted from the engraving without prior notice.

Sting and Snout Bindery will not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or formatting issues resulting from customer-submitted engraving text.

Order cancellation is only permitted within 24 hours of placing the order and completing payment. After this period, the order is considered confirmed and will proceed to production.

4. Production Time

All items are made to order.

While stated production timelines are followed as closely as possible, delays may occur due to order volume, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Production officially begins after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed via PayPal are automatically confirmed unless payment is marked as pending

  • Orders placed through other payment methods will begin production only after payment receipt has been acknowledged

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in PHP and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders with pending or incomplete payments will not be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Sting and Snout Bindery is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once handed over to the courier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

7. Returns, Refunds & Defects

Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

If an item arrives with a verified production defect, customers must contact us within 120 hours (5 days) of receipt with clear photos for assessment. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated.

8. Bookbinding Workshops – Terms & Conditions

By booking a bookbinding workshop with Sting and Snout Bindery, you agree to the following:

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable

  • No cancellations or refunds will be granted once a booking has been confirmed and paid

  • Failure to attend a booked workshop will result in forfeiture of the fee

  • Workshop slots are limited and reserved only upon full payment

  • Sting and Snout Bindery reserves the right to make minor adjustments to workshop content, schedule, or materials if necessary

In the rare event that a workshop is cancelled by Sting and Snout Bindery, participants will be notified and offered a reschedule or refund at the organizer’s discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, and branding displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Sting and Snout Bindery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sting and Snout Bindery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
